MF CASR Lunch with Tatjana Schnell
What do Non-Believers Believe?
Based on data from over 1,800 non-religious individuals, Tatjana Schnell will provide an insight into how atheists, agnostics and humanists differ in terms of worldview attitudes, beliefs and communication. The results suggest that secularity can be mapped on a continuum from open to decided. Worldview openness vs. conviction will further be connected to findings on mental and existential health. These indicate that when it comes to worldview, openness makes us vulnerable in various ways.
Tatjana Schnell is Professor of Psychology of Religion and Existential Psychology at MF School of Theology, Religion and Society.
