Welcome to the opening of the academic semester at MF 21st August


Moving to a foreign culture can sometimes feel like entering a topsy-turvy world.  

Professor emeritus Tormod Engelsviken will come and talk about Norwegian culture, and helpful things to know encountering it. Coffee, tea and treats will be provided. See you there!

Prof. Dr. Karl William Weyde turns 70 and will give his farewell lecture on Monday 22 May 2017. 


While we are excited for the 17th of May, learn about what happens a day later in Haiti.  The 18th of May is Haiti's Independence Day! Hear from a Haitian MF student about her country, what they do to celebrate their independence and eat traditional Hatian food.
