Religion, Culture and Society

This programme offers three programme options that the student can choose from:

  • Christianity, Religion and Ethics
  • Social Science
  • Religion and Society

Both religion and society influence one another; and by studying both, we gain enhanced insights into both areas. Through knowledge of religion and culture, we can understand how a society works and what values it builds upon. At the same time, religion is also shaped by the surrounding society and culture. The social sciences offer religious perspectives that deepen the understanding of religion, traditions, and values.
